We provide air conditioning sales, installation, servicing, repair, and maintenance services in Singapore. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
When you place an order through our Site:
All prices displayed are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include GST where applicable. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, PayNow, and cash on delivery. Payment must be made in full before delivery or service completion.
Delivery is available within Singapore only. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Free delivery is available for orders above the minimum threshold. Delivery fees are non-refundable once service is rendered.
Installation services are provided by our certified technicians. Customers must ensure the installation site is accessible and safe for work. Additional charges may apply for non-standard installations or site modifications.
Products are covered by manufacturer warranty. Installation workmanship is covered by our 1-year warranty. Service workmanship is covered by our 30-90 day warranty depending on service type. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original, unopened condition. Services rendered are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
Service appointments must be booked in advance. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sing Tat Aircon Engineering Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
