Yes, we provide a 1-year workmanship warranty for all installations. The air conditioner unit itself comes with the manufacturer's warranty, typically 5 years for compressor and 1 year for parts.

We accept cash, bank transfer, PayNow, and major credit cards. For commercial contracts, we also accept corporate cheques and offer NET 30 payment terms for approved accounts.

For residential units, we recommend servicing every 3-4 months. For commercial or heavy usage, monthly servicing is recommended. Regular servicing maintains optimal performance, improves air quality, and extends the lifespan of your aircon.

Our standard service includes cleaning of filters, fan blower, and drainage system, checking of refrigerant levels, inspection of electrical connections, testing of thermostat and controls, and overall performance assessment.

Chemical wash involves dismantling the unit and using chemical solutions to thoroughly clean internal components, removing stubborn dirt and mold that regular servicing cannot address. It is recommended for units that haven't been serviced for over 6 months or are experiencing persistent issues.

We provide a 30-day warranty for general servicing and 90-day warranty for chemical wash and overhaul services. This covers the same issue recurring within the warranty period. Terms and conditions apply.
