Our standard service includes cleaning of filters, fan blower, and drainage system, checking of refrigerant levels, inspection of electrical connections, testing of thermostat and controls, and overall performance assessment.
Chemical wash involves dismantling the unit and using chemical solutions to thoroughly clean internal components, removing stubborn dirt and mold that regular servicing cannot address. It is recommended for units that haven't been serviced for over 6 months or are experiencing persistent issues.
Installation time depends on the type and number of units. A single split system typically takes 3-4 hours. Multi-split systems may take a full day. We will provide an estimated completion time during the site assessment.
Yes, we provide a 1-year workmanship warranty for all installations. The air conditioner unit itself comes with the manufacturer's warranty, typically 5 years for compressor and 1 year for parts.
